Brevix services may not be used to create, transmit, or distribute content that:

- Encourages or Incites Illegal Conduct: Promoting content that encourages or facilitates any form of illegal activity, such as hacking, piracy, or violence.
Security and Privacy Violations
You must not use Brevix services in a way that compromises the security, privacy, or integrity of our platform, including but not limited to:
- Circumventing Security Measures: Attempting to bypass, disable, or otherwise interfere with any security features or access controls of Brevix.
- Accessing Unauthorized Accounts: Attempting to access accounts, data, or content that does not belong to you.
- Harvesting or Collecting Data: Gathering or attempting to gather personal information about other users without their consent.
- Violating Privacy Rights: Using Brevix’s services to store, publish, or distribute personal information of others without permission.
Content Restrictions
Content created or shared through Brevix services must comply with our content guidelines. Prohibited content includes but is not limited to:
- Offensive or Inappropriate Content: Content that is obscene, defamatory, hateful, discriminatory, or otherwise offensive.

- Launching DDoS Attacks or Flooding the Network: Engaging in activities that overload, disrupt, or otherwise harm our servers or networks.
- Abusing Bandwidth or Resources: Using Brevix’s services in a way that places an unreasonable burden on our resources, servers, or infrastructure.
- Automated or Excessive Use: Using bots, scripts, or other automated tools to create a high volume of URLs, QR codes, or barcodes beyond reasonable usage limits.
Intellectual Property Infringement
Users must respect the intellectual property rights of others. Do not use Brevix services to:
- Infringe on Copyrights or Trademarks: Creating or sharing content that infringes upon the intellectual property rights of others.
- Distribute Unlicensed Material: Creating links or QR codes that lead to unauthorised or unlicensed material.
Fair Use and Community Standards
Brevix is dedicated to fostering a community of responsible users. To maintain this environment, we expect you to:
- Use Services Responsibly: Only use Brevix for legitimate and lawful purposes that comply with our policies.
- Report Violations: Notify us of any violations of this Policy or activities that could compromise the integrity of our platform.
Enforcement and Actions
Brevix reserves the right to investigate violations of this Policy and take appropriate actions, which may include:
- Suspending or Terminating Accounts: Accounts found to be in violation of this Policy may be suspended or terminated without prior notice.
- Reporting to Authorities: We may report any illegal activity to law enforcement or other appropriate authorities.
- Blocking or Removing Content: Brevix may remove or block any content that violates this Policy, including links, QR codes, barcodes, and associated data.
